According to Cherokee County Sheriff Jeff Shaver, investigators made two arrests in connection with a felony assault that occurred in the Sand Rock area on Wednesday night. Deputies responded to the report of an assault where the victim was seriously cut at a location on County Road 70. The two suspects fled the scene prior to the arrival of deputies. The suspects were quickly located and arrested. Joshua Gladden, age 29, and Logan Gladden, age 25, both of Sand Rock are in currently in the Cherokee County Detention Center charged with assault, second degree.
